Abstract

The rapid development of technology can be utilized in the learning process, one of which is by utilizing digital physics module learning media. This research aims to produce meaningful learrning modules on wave material that is effective and interesting, so that physics learning becomes more fun for students. This module was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method with a Dick & Carey model approach that emphasizes systematic instructional design. The development process includes identification of learning objectives, instructional analysis, analysis of learner characteristics and context, writing performance objectives, developing assessment instruments, developing instructional strategies, and developing and selecting instructional materials. The initial stage, needs analysis, showed that students often have difficulty in understanding abstract wave concepts and the lack of innovative learning media capable of connecting the material with real-life experiences. Based on this analysis, the module was designed to facilitate meaningful learning through the integration of daily life contexts, simple experiments, interactive visualizations, and collaborative activities. Thus, this module is expected to be a reference for educators in creating a more interactive and fun learning environment.
