Copyright and Licensing Terms for Authors

By submitting to Sustainable Science and Collaborative Research (SSCR), authors agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Retention
Authors retain full copyright of their published work while granting SSCR the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY), which permits:

    • Sharing: Copying and redistributing the material in any medium/format.

    • Adaptation: Remixing, transforming, or building upon the material for any purpose, including commercially.

  2. Attribution Requirement
Any reuse or distribution must include proper attribution (author name, title, journal citation, DOI link).

  3. Post-Publication Distribution
    Authors may:

    • Archive the published version in institutional repositories or personal websites.

    • Enter separate distribution agreements (e.g., book chapters) with acknowledgment of initial publication in SSCR.

  4. Preprint Policy
Authors are encouraged to share preprints publicly (e.g., on arXiv, SSRN) before/during submission to foster collaboration and accelerate citations.

  5. No Derivatives Restriction (Removed)
Unlike Jurnal Rekayasa Infrastruktur’s CC-BY-ND, SSCR adopts CC-BY to allow derivative works (e.g., translations, adaptations), advancing Science 5.0’s collaborative ethos.
